Secretariat

Main responsibilities:

The Secretariat is the executive body of the Board of Directors of the Foundation and is fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the Foundation under the leadership of the Board. The Secretary-General presides over the day-to-day work of the Secretariat; the deputy Secretary-General assists the Secretary-General in dividing up the work of the department and undertakes other work matters assigned by the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General.

The Secretary-General shall exercise powers and serve functions as follows:

  1. Preside over the day-to-day work and organizing the implementation of resolutions.
  2. Organize and implement the Foundation's annual plan of public activities.
  3. Draw up plans for the mobilization, management and use of funds and submitting them to the Governing Board for approval.
  4. Formulate the internal management rules and regulations of the Foundation and submit them to the Governing Board for approval.
  5. Coordination of the work of the agencies.
  6. Propose the appointment or dismissal of the Deputy Secretary-General and the Treasurer, to be decided by the Governing Board.
  7. Propose the appointment or dismissal of the principal officers of the institutions, to be decided by the Governing Board.
  8. Decide on the employment of full-time staff of the agencies.
  9. Such other powers and functions as may be conferred upon it by the statutes and by the Governing Board.

Office:

  1. Responsible for the service and daily liaison of the Governing Board, and coordinate the overall internal and external affairs of the Foundation.
  2. Responsible for party affairs and human resources of the Foundation.
  3. Responsible for daily accounting of financial income and expenditure.
  4. Responsible for the work and daily liaison of the experts committee.
  5. Responsible for managing the legal affairs of the Foundation and assisting in handling related legal matters.
  6. Responsible for the Foundation's press and publicity, information reporting.
  7. Responsible for formulating the rules and regulations and overall work planning of the Foundation.
  8. Responsible for the Foundation's confidentiality, logistics, archives and other work.
  9. Completion of other work assigned by the leadership.

Project Department:

  1. Responsible for the Foundation's program management, services and implementation.
  2. According to the annual work plan, complete the fund-raising tasks and public welfare expenditure targets.
  3. Responsible for the follow up, promotion and implementation of government-commissioned projects.
  4. Responsible for the standardized management of the whole process of the project.
  5. Assist in the promotion and branding of the Foundation.
  6. Complete other work assigned by the leadership.

Activity Department:

  1. Responsible for the planning, organization and management of the Foundation's public activities.
  2. According to the annual work plan, complete the annual fund-raising tasks and public welfare expenditure targets.
  3. Responsible for contacting experts and planning related public welfare activities.
  4. Responsible for the Foundation's domestic and international cooperation and exchange, as well as the planning and implementation of international public welfare programs.
  5. Responsible for theoretical research and industry analysis in the field of cultural heritage protection of the Beijing Central Axis.
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
