“The Temple of the Gods of Earth and the Temple of Agriculture Protection and Exhibition (Archaeology) ”project in 2023 (supported by the “Zhongteng” Fund)

According to historical records, there were altar platforms, wooden walls, corridors, and ground tiles in the Earth altar, whose cultural relics might be buried under the modern paving. This project aims to explore the cultural relics through archaeological approaches, which is of great significance for enriching the value connotation of Beijing Central Axis.
